Sorry about my unannounced absence tonight, have literally just got in from work, 2 hours late...
I'm now on nights for the next few mondays, so that'll be it for me for a while. Shame because I really enjoyed it last week, was looking forward to the Bocage Battle.
Could one of you throw me a text or email when you're next likely to have a game on that you wouldn't mind me tagging along for?

If you've got an electronic copy of your rules that you wouldn't mind emailing me that'd be great too. Would make sense for me to learn them a bit so i'm not as completely useless as I was last week!
Cheers, Chris

Chris Hello Chris
Don't worry - we had a good game. As usual i was slaughtered! My beloved Nashorn fired once, missed and was promptly blasted apart by a cockroach Firefly.
Next week we are doing our WW1 planes game which is fun.
Regretably on Friday 19th Nov i am having an operation so after that date i shall not be at the club for some weeks. I also believe that Peter is, by coincidence having an Op as well and wont be there for some weeks too.
However there are many different games going on at the club as you know and im sure the chaps would welcome another player. Anyway lets keep in touch on here.
All the best
Steven

Cheers Steve. Your bad luck is unbelievable, how long is the losing streak now ? Will see if I can rope anyone else into a game in the absence of you two in late-november, then. About time I made use of some of my figures..! Might pop up at some point on monday night and borrow the rules to photocopy, if no one minds? I'm sure work can spare me for half an hour. Chris

Chris
The brilliant general has been cheated by his dice again!
Flames of War is popular at the club - James for example is always asking for a game, so you could rope him in!

My games room(Pool & Table Tennis...but mainly for ww2 gaming!)is just about finished now.. 6'x 4'5" table tennis table. Room for 7x5 table using the terrain boards. SS vs Dan's Russians, first game in the room...we needed the heater! Bloody weather. I'll bring Dan down to the club at some point, he just suffers from the same trouble as me, works most mondays... Using IABSM rules, T34 has just had it's Turret blown off by a PaK40, i'm not sure those tank riders would still be on top though, lolz. French buildings and Bocage a bit out of place in Russia of course, but i'm yet to invest in much Eastern Front terrain.
