Hello All
Just had a lovely surprise Christmas present from my brother in law of his set of wings of war stuff which he wasn't using (3 box games, some extra cards and 4 minis).
This has got me thinking I should learn more about ww1. A couple of years ago i got some great recommendations for a good ww2 book from club members. Could anyone help with recommending good ww1 books? I'd be after a one book overall narrative and also a book looking at the air aspects of the war to give the background to wings of war.
Really enjoyed the Max Hastings last time if that helps
Many thanks and happy new year!
Chris

I havent read this myself but Max Hastings is usually a good read. I am sure I have a couple of books I will have a look and let you know the titles, you are welcome to borrow them if they are of interest.
