Good stuff Graham - I'm happy to help too but also happy to leave you in Mike's capable hands
Everyone please note the time changes. session 1 now starts at 12 noon, session 2 starts at 4:30 (or earlier if all are ready)
I suggest meeting for breakfast at the Tavistock at 10:30am

OK, that's agreed
Graham, see you on Monday for a character generation session Don't worry, it's not really that complicated Basically, it's about making a few key choices about what you want to be able to do

Maurice, you indicated last night that you might be playing in my game (session 2) But I note that Chris already has you listed in his session 2 game
Can you please confirm which, just to avoid any confusion
Thanks Mike

Maurice - yep do let us know asap so we can plan and prep properly
Graham/Mike - how did your character gen session go? Is there anything you need from me?
Everyone - now's the time to let us know if you are interested but not signed up to any session on Sunday. Also I thought I might get some snacks/drinks in for us all (wargamers included if you are playing on Sunday?). Anyone have any preferences?

Won't they need to be a standard 20 point build if your intending to actually register the game results?

Chaps
Maybe i read this on something else but im sure i saw an offer to buy in drinks and snacks for the game.
I admire the generosity of this action BUT do purchase them from the bar. The steward wouldnt really be impressed if we bought our own pop and sweets in. I do realise that a bulk buy is cheaper but we must help support the North End Club. This is a fab venue that we have and they benefit from the bar sales that they take from us. Please do purchase from them.
If you require a particular product im sure Bubble will buy it in for you. They do kindly let us play on when the bar is shut during Bubble and Steven's break time so when they ring the bell for close of bar, buy in supplies in advance|

Not really, because I'm not running a PFS game – far too much extra faffing about for my liking The second character, which is for Chris' PFS game, is build with one of the allowed stat lists from the PFS generation guidelines

Will do Steven- I quite agree. Do we know when they shut and open on a Sunday. I've always missed it in the past and have never heard a bell.

Well: - I've read through both adventures in detail
- Looked up all the monsters
- Sorted out play mats (including colour maps for session 2)
- printed out adventures so I dont have to use my iPad
- Laminated colour maps
- Printed and laminated pre gen characters and also player handouts for session 2
- Collected together spare hero figures, pens, pencils, dice, counters, index cards, erasers, cloths, spare character sheets, spare inventory tracking sheets, spare pfs numbers for new players
- Registered the pfs event and obtained an event no for the chronicle sheets
I've also had some sleep I think I'm as ready as I can be and am looking forward to the day. See you at breakfast!

Many thanks all for playing. I enjoyed running both games All the sessions are now reported on the Paizo website so those of you who are registered should see the credit for the games. Let me know if there are any problems or indeed if anyone needs further guidance on what they can and can't do with their treasure, money, prestige and fame. We got a bit rushed towards the end of the games and I realise I didn't really have time to explain. Let me know if you'd like me to run further pfs games at the club Chris
