The shop is located in city centre (you can park for free on Sunday at the Argos carpark behind the shop) other carparks nearby are £4 for the day.
We are less than 5 minutes away from the bus station and about 15 minutes away from the train station.
For now we will be having monthly AT-43 campaign days with an ongoing campaign story that you can join and leave at any point. When we have a bigger players base we can put rules down for actual tournaments.
the AT-43 group in Leicester consists of 6 people at the moment with around 4 others showing an interest already. This will take time to grow but I'm not one to give up.

The shop and play area are open from 11am onwards. I want to get the first game going around 12.
Entry fee for the Campaign Day is £2.50 and this will all go towards giving the best player a prize and we will also vote with all players on who deserves a prize for whatever reason.

I think I will give this a go, if anything it will be good to check out the shop, and meet other players. Any other members want to come with? Dave

As this is the first time that many of us will be meeting it has been decided to keep it casual. that is why it is a campaign and not a tournament. this way you can built your army up to 1500AP and if you haven't got enough models yet just duplicate your models in the form of reserves. When we have all been playing together for a while we will all come and settle on a set of rules everybody understands and is happy with. then we will look into running actual tournaments.

I'll post a report on Monday about the day.
There will be pictures taken on the day so they should make their way onto the web at some point next week too.

Yep we stock AT-43 in the shop. At the moment what is on our online shop is all we have left as we just had Christmas and most of the local players have only just started but we can always order things in. www.phoenix-games.co.uk
