Gentlemen separating the army types as best as I can within the seeding based on last years results I came up with the following divisions. So you can now build some test lists and get play testing your armies.
Div 1 Mark - Dark Elves Stephen - Warriors of Chaos Terry - Empire Derek - Orcs & Goblins Rob - High Elves Chris - Orcs & Goblins
Div 2 John - Warriors of Chaos Ashleigh - Goblins Matt – Dark Elves Mike - High Elves Daiv – Lizardmen Dave - Orcs & Goblins

A reminder your full army lists must now be submitted to me between now and the 29th June. As I am not playing this year I will hold them all until all entries have been submitted and validation will then be done hopefully in time to start on 12th July.
If anyone wants to volunteer to help validate the armies please feel free to offer as the more the merrier. I hope that Mark will offer his services as he probably owns all the army books.
Once all the lists are approved as correct like last year if you want to see your opponents list please just ask me, this ensures we have a level playing field before games commence.
Army lists must comply with the current as at 21st April 2009 rules, official errata, and any official FAQ clarifications and the current published army book supplements.
Games can then start by mutual arrangement from Sunday 12th July onwards.
I will draft up some game maps in the next couple of weeks.
Good luck everyone.

The Elf and Orc invasion is here! It looks like one extreme to the other! Last time it was all about pointy teeth - this time it's all about pointy ears and green skin! :-)

I'm happy to do it again. You can do mine, you must know the DE book better than I do. I'll create two sub-boards shortly for the two divisions, so the trash talk can start in earnest. ;D

Thanks Mark, I also saw the two divison boards you set up. I will refrain from posting any comments until after the battles commence when I may do some full and explicit battle reports this time for the blog/club web site.

Have you room for some Ogres?
Or is it too late for entry?
I've only just joined the club and only found out about the league last night.

Ben
The contest is being organised by Steve (that's ralkr56)
We haven't actually started yet, mainly because somebody (mentioning no names -- you know who you are) hasn't got his army list in yet
I suggest you PM him and ask nicely -- don't worry, he's a reasonable guy and he won't bite your head off
Just click on his username then click on "Send Personal Message"
Regards Mike

Or I could just reply to this. Ben if you can submit a list next week I will add you in to Division 2. Then if for some reason Matt is still not around at least we have 6 people in each Division. Normal rules apply max 1500 points.

Steve maybe worth while as the project I'm working on is looking like running until the middle to end of September now. This could potentially mean I may not be able to make a showing until October I don't want to hold things up any more then I have.
