I'm finding this all very hard to follow, what with there being two threads one in Forthcoming events, and one in Opponents wanted. I suppose I could lock one of them, but that seems a bit harsh.
Dave - can you tell me if there's any space left for a game on Saturday? If so, how much is there?

I find a third thread an interesting solution to the problem of two threads being confusing It makes sense to have a seperate thread for people to talk about organising games (in opp wanted) rather than flooding the XXXV general discussion thread with 20+ more posts.

In terms of table usage I believe what is happening is as follows (I’m sure Dave can correct any errors)
Saturday: 3 Brown Tables: 7 Years War 4 Club Tables: Crossfire 2 White Tables or 3 Club Tables: Hitchin 4 Club Tables: 40K Apocalypse (10am – 5pm) possibly then reused for Warhammer in the evening
Sunday: 3 Brown Tables: 7 Years War 4 Club Tables: Crossfire 2 White Tables or 3 Club Tables: Hitchin 3 or 4 Club Tables: Pickets Charge Warhammer 3 Large Pub Tables: AT-43
I believe this leaves either 4 Club tables plus the 2 White tables or 7 Club tables (depending on exactly what Hitchin want to use) free on the Saturday, plus the three larger pub tables.
With about the same on the Sunday minus the pub tables.

Thanks for the responses, guys - neither of which answered the question I asked :-)
It was space I was asking about - table can always be sorted out later. Dave's got numerous other things planned that will be taking up space - traders, buffet, cake, there was even talk of a bring-and-buy/swap shop table.
The 7YW game is Saturday only - The Picketts charge game will use their tables on Sunday, assuming it will fit, we need at least 9 x 5 to test the layout for Newbury/Gamesday.

Space, the final frontier...and our perrennial problem! Well, I envisaged the first alcove, (middle..??) to have the Huntingdon lads, the 3 browns by the dart boards. Other tables to be placed in a "tournament esque" fashion end to end. The Appoccalypse game could be placed in the end alcove (corner?) dependant on the way it works out. The AT 43 to be in the end corner on the Sunday. Trader on either the stage or by the bar, buffet near the stage. No bring and buy was mentioned to my knowledge, and is therefore not in my calculations. At any rate, a set up on the Friday evening will (situation permitting) sort things out. Remember we have 15 of our club tables, 3 browns, 2 white, and my 2 white(they won't mach the others before someone asks!!). I think the club banner at the rear of the stage, and hopefully somewhere to set up a TV and video (vids of ARENA !!) plus anyone got some of the old club shirts? the one with britannia on it,or the red one? plus pics of old time club activity!! Dave

OK - sounds like we're pretty much full.
Isn't Steve putting on a WW2 game? For some reason I thought he was, but thinking about it I'm not so sure now.
