Terry / Graham
What are the latest proposals for our game on Saturday ? Had any more thoughts about the siege relief operation you were toying with week ?
I need to arrange child care for Saturday, so will need to know what time we're planning to finish. If I need to fetch my daughter and take her home, then I can't really go on much beyond 6.30. If I can find a baby-sitter who can take her home for me, then that's not going to be a problem.
Are we envisaging the game going on into the Sunday ?

Are we envisaging the game going on into the Sunday ? Saturday only. I don't think Graham is available on Sunday. The plan is to use the table for our Elven Picketts charge on Sunday.

I have the idea for the game just trying to come up with some mechanisms. We arent planning on going into Sunday as Graham isnt available. It would be nice to play on until curry time but I am sure we can fit in with your plans we just need to get stuck in.

I have had to fall back on getting my mum and dad to look after my daughter. That means I'll have to go about 6pm on Saturday - sorry gents. I'm happy to consign my figures to Terry's care to finish the game after I've gone if necessary.
See you about 11.30 on Saturday.

You may have all noticed Daves message re the new club shirts and seen that he is working away.
I have been speaking to Andy at Rockit Promotions, the shirts will be ready for collection tomorrow afternoon. Is there any chance that one of you that lives in that end of the woods could pick them up please. There is no payments to worry about; as we have been regular customers we are able to sort this out later.
If you ring before hand (01933 311179) Andy will confirm that they are ready. According to Daves message Rock it promotions is the place is located on Rectory Road Rushden (the one way street behind the High Street) near Victoria Road in the old telephone exchange building.

Well, the weekend has come and gone... but thanks to the Huntingdon boys , Floris, Dave "cleausau". And all those who worked behind the scenes to get stuff ready, Terry, Matt, Steve W. We had no traders, for one reason or another, but that probably saved me a few quid anyhow! I will sort out the video, and pics for inclusion on the blog later in the week. Dave
