Looks like the mighty High Elves get to squish the following bunch of upstarts:

Mark Wightman - Vampire Counts - Mon 22^nd Sep - M to VC (just can't seem to get those Vamps )
Steve Wilson - Dwarves -
John Graham - Vampire Counts - Mon 18^th Aug - Mon 27^th Oct - SV to VC - on balance, I think I prefered the earlier result
Brian Rickets - Tomb Kings - Mon 8^th Sep - MV to Tomb Kings
Dave Wilkin - Empire -

So when you feel ready to meet your respective makers, reply to this thread and I will happily oblige ;D

Note that due to prior commitments I can't do the first Monday od the month (that's the RQ game and since I'm GMing it there are six other people left high and dry if I don't turn up)

Great game John - and you'll be pleased to hear thast I have, as a result, changed my veiw of VC

I used to think them over-powered, but now I've think they're one of those armies that either win really big or get completely trounced

Pity we can't count it as a league game on account of not having the official campaign terrain layout

So remember guys, get in there give those vamps a really good kicking from round one - you really can't afford to hang around

Due to the boss informing me that I am on a stay away job next week, it looks like I will be unable to recieve a drubbing from Mikes Elves on Monday, we will have to re schedule.
Oh and only just cought the thread on John and my game from mark. What was the outcome, does it stand or do we replay?I will go with the majority vote.

Regarding your game with John, I'm not sure what the final outcome was
I know John has stated that he's happy to replay if necessary, but I don't know if it is
The final decision would be with Steve I guess - after all, he's organising the competition

Your Elves were obviously put off by having to face my L2 caster (who is an Undead Elf Noble). It was his casting of Curse of Years which decimated the Dragon Princes which I think was key. Not helped by your forgetting to dispel it in your next turn

My forward planning has gone somewhat awry this week - I left the club last night without arranging a game for next week (Mon 13^th)

Haven't played Steve, John or Dave for the club league yet - are any of you free next week?
If so, how do you feel about taking on a bunch of pointy-eyed wizards?
