Not, in of itself, a bad idea but largely unnecessary if forum administrator for this board (mentioning no names) would simply do what was agreed at the last AGM and allow view access without having to log in Refer to: bedfordgladiators.proboards.com/thread/1746/logging-forumThis option also has the advantage of for costing us nothing at all |

I think Maurice is trying to get us additional ways of getting our message out.
Yes we do need to update the website - thats the key for us promoting ourselves to gamers near and far.
Last week i sort of instigated a discussion with the committee because i am concerned that recently we seem to be drifting and we arent getting new people through the door. We mustnt be too fixated with this board as its internal. I do accept that you are asking for the board to be viewed by anyone which is good and i do think it would help. However, i think Maurice is trying to get us noticed by people out there and i do think what he is suggesting would help this.
Lets drive forward together and help make the clubsomething that is more "marketable" to the gaming community locally so we get more people through the door.

I just think we ought to open this forum up to allow viewing without having to log in -- like we agreed at the last AGM
