Chris
Sorry to hear you weren't well on Monday - nothing serious I hope
We didn't actually play on Monday but we did get everybody's characters sorted out (although I think John is still fiddling with his)
If you're around on Monday we can sort your character out then
For all of you
Not sure when I'll be running yet, it's a matter of finding a time when everybody's available
Somebody (John I think) suggested the all-day Sunday in February for the initial run - that has some attraction as it will allow us to get through a decent starting scenario and give everybody a good grounding in the rules
What do you all think

I think Ove might have had hopes of running the last LoToW then, and it would be nice to finish it. That wouldn't take all day though, so I'd be game for some RQ in the late afternoon/evening. If, on the other hand LoToW isn't run then I'd happily play RQ all day

That's correct, I'd hoped to finish off the LoToW on the Long Sunday in February so we can start new games afresh in the New Year.

My missus has me down for going to one of her friends birthday's for a meal that day(bummer I know, but you have to give in some times) so I will not be around on that day. Besides it will give me more time to paint up the stagecoach, and more minis for NPC's etc( I hope). Dave

Chris - see you Monday then
Regarding the all-day Sunday - if LotOW is running, we probably won't be able to start until late afternoon / evening
That's fine by me, what do you all think?

Another thing I'm not playing (due to lack of Time), but would like you to know that Dave can't play LoToW on Long Sunday in February, so I'll post-pone it til another day. Be my guest to go ahead with RQ.

I've just found out today that its my mum's graduation on the 8th Feb so I won't be coming. I don't have any issue with you starting without me though if everyone else wants to get started. My apologies, especially as I brought the whole long Sunday idea up in the first place >_<

Guh John, why do you always have to ruin everything! Well we could always start on the Monday instead? Maybe one of the other multitudinous role playing/board games could get a start that day.

My apologies, especially as I brought the whole long Sunday idea up in the first place >_< I dunno - there's always one OK there's always Plan B The last (abortive) RQ campaign I ran was always on the first Monday of the month, and in the long run I will probably fix this one in the same timeslot. I was hoping for an all day session to start though, since it would give the two newbes (Chris and John) a chance to get used to the ruleset. Up to you people, do you want me to start next Monday (2 nd Feb or the all day Sunday (8 th Feb). Alternately, a one-time offer for this month only, have you all got games organised for tonight? If not, I can start now and continue next week. I wouldn't want to do this on a regular basis as we all have other things we want to be doing, but it would again allow the newbes to get their heads around the system. So, your views please people - when do you want to start? I'm ready to go any time you like. Mike

I'm playing LoTow tonight, as is John. I think starting on Monday 2nd is probably the best idea.

Just to keep everybody updated
As a result of talking to John at the club last night, it is clear that he is not available on Monday 2nd Feb either
I dunno - I'm beginning to think that if I wait until everybody's free, we'll never get started
Anyway, John is quite happy if we start without him
So, revert to the original plan - first session is the all-day Sunday (8th Feb)
One other thing, could you all email me a copy of your character sheets please, as this will make it easier for me to judge the kind of opposition you can handle?
