Am also a Warmachine player - Cygnar..... am adjusting to the new rules and need to speed up my painting but am up for games.
Also have a Khador assortment of figures available for purchase shortly should anyone be looking to get hold of figures - not sure just yet what's available, a mate is passing them on in the next week or so.
Cheers, Chris

Cheers, Chris I could be interested in the Khador. Having spent the last week or so reading the fluff - they are the faction that most appeals. Do you know if they are painted/unpainted?

Knowing my mate whos getting rid of them, likely to be assembled and undercoated at most, but highy unlikley to be painted. Will put them in the car once I get them next week and have them for viewing as required. Chris.

Sounds good to me. I'd prefer unpainted, but assembled is one less job to do

My Retribution'starter set' battlegroup is painted, based and ready for a game. However, I must confess my handiwork is best viewed from afar; those models were a tough proposition for someone of my modest modelling skills. Alas, distance truly lends enchantment to the view here! I have a printout of the MkII rules in a folder that we can use as a reference aid, as well as a set of tinted templates for MkI; I don't believe they have been changed. All I need now are some wet wipe markers for noting damage on the unit cards.

From the bottom of page 3 of my Hardcover edition: "Forces of WARMACHINE: Retribution of Scyrah....................ISBN: 978-1-933362-48-9....PIP1019 Forces of WARMACHINE: Retribution of Scyrah Hardcover.....ISBN: 978-1-933362-49-6....PIP1020" By the way, there's a little easter egg in the copyright notice if you care for that sort of thing.

September 2009 was the billed release date in the USA by Privateer Press; importation by some retailers in the UK and the rest of the world might have lagged behind.

Unfortunately I am playing wox99 on Monday 26th Oct, however I am up for some Warmachine MkII action next Monday 2nd November.
At the moment I only have 11 points of Retribution recommended by Privateer Press as their 'Starter Set', since Retribution will not get an official discounted starter box.
However, I am planning to bulk up to 50 points fairly soon, and will definitely do so when the Mage Hunter Assassin Solos are out on November 11th.
Edit: Post in the 'Opponents Wanted' section and we shall see who all signs up, we can do a free-for-all King of the Hill style game if we can get more players around the table.
Edit 2: Actually, I'm being a bit stupid! Why not bring 11 points of Cygnar along and wox99 and myself will give you a game of free-for-all King of the Hill on Monday 26th!
