The next AT-43 tournament at Phoenix Games Leicester will be on Sunday the 21st of March.
More people = more fun
For that reason we are introducing the following:
Tournament entry = £5
First tournament = £1
If you bring a player who will enter one of our tournaments for the first time then you also play for £1
Yes that is right everybody has the chance to play in the tournament for just £1.
Round one starts at 11am and we normally finish around 5.15pm

Unfortunately lots of stuff was going on on the other meetings this year, so we couldn't make it, Floris.

Ah... found it... points are 2500 with 1900/600 split....interesting,and maybe a bit big and daunting for any first timers!

2500 points, 3x3' boards and new missions.
My ONI didn't stand much chance against the 2 Frontline armies I faced, but faired better against Zoe's COGS killing lots, though time limits meant a draw rather than victory which would have taken a couple more turns. Anyway, 4th overall.
Tim's Red Blok Frontline did much better winning the event and a Byron Samedi box towards the petrol money ;D

The pictures of the tournament on Sunday the 21st of March 2010 are now online. They can be found at the dedicated UK AT-43 website. The next tournament will be on Sunday the 23rd of May 2010. Entry as always is £5 However! if it is the first time you attend entry is only £1and if you have attended before and bring a new player then you also pay just £1 To make it even more interesting we will have a free raffle for an AT-43 Army Box with the names of everybody attending going into the hat. |
