Chaps, As an Excel virgin, the last time I went to Salute was at Olympia, I'd like to know about the queue situation. Not having an advance ticket is it best to travel at stupid o'clock, (in my case by train), and be first in the queue? Or travel at a more sensible time, aiming to arrive at 11ish, hoping to find the queue has vanished? Thanks for any answers, Daveb.

Got there at 8am last year and there was no queue. I'm aiming to arrive at 9 am this year, but then I don't have to queue. Where are you travelling from?

The queues do fall away so if you don't need to be in early maybe best stroll straight in later on.

Thanks for the answers. I'm travelling from Bedford and I'm thinking to arrive about 0930ish....which will probably be the worst of both worlds.
