Level 2 ... now those monkey-goblins had better watch out. True indeed – assuming, that is, we meet them on land! Elven wizards are (apparently) less than effective when swimming around underneath a boat, spending much of their time sinking. Note to all elves :– Trying to commit suicide by drowning is, in my opinion, not the most efficient combat technique. Might I suggest swimming lessons?

Well done everybody! It was good to rescue that poor troll from the goblins.
Where did that magic missile come from? - I want one.

Good evening guys, I am afraid I've been a bit exhausted and under par most of the day; I hope you will excuse my absence from the table tonight.

Has anybody noticed, that since the new sorcerer joined us we have had no trouble from cave trolls?

So, We've founded our colony Cleared the fields of assorted monsters Cleared the poltergeist from the temple Scouted out the immediate area And we have firm plans to complete the town and palisade So far, so good But we still have a major problem – we have no idea what else is out there (this is the primary cause of all our problems to date) Also, we still have no idea what happened to the original colonists (and we therefore do not know if we are destined to suffer the same fate) Therefore I propose to conduct a detailed survey of the entire island This would have three major objectives: - map out the island and note any resources that are available
- locate any other sentient inhabitants and identify whether they are likely to be friendly or hostile
- locate the original colonists (after all, they have to be somewhere)
I will need (and would welcome) some volunteers to help with this Any takers?

It is looking like I will need to work tonight I’m afraid. I’ll come along to the game if I can but thought I’d post a warning to let you know.
Apologies!

Thanks for letting me know.
Hopefully you'll be able to make it.
Provided we've got at least three players tonight's game should go ahead anyway, as what's coming up next ought to be fine for three PC's to cope with.

Just to update people, Chris has let me know that he can't make it down tonight. So since Graham also isn't going to be there either tonight's session is cancelled as we'll only have two players.

TY for letting me know I had a nightmare day at leister and didn't get back to bromham until after 7 so it would have been hard to make it
