No having met and played with these people I think you'll find they're generally oblivious to how much things cost and are generally into doing stuff that is cool.

But its the general the gaming community that are more convinced of the evil Empire nature of GW writers than is really fair. What GW are trying to do is to encourage fun games and get away from the more traditional tournament orientated rules from previous editions.
To get things rolling I suggest people nominate if they want to play in the Orc and Goblin or Other league by end of September, army lists have to be in for checking by end of Monday 18th October and we kick off on Monday 1st November.
So far 8 declared players:- Daiv Ashleigh Mike Sapper Mike954 Stephen Mawson
I am afraid I shall have to withdraw from the league. I am just not sure of being able to make it to the club evenings right now.
Academic commitments are playing absolute havoc with me at the moment. It seems to be a case of getting up to catch early trains into London and arriving back home at 9pm every day. Ironically, while I was working I had an easier time of getting to club evenings!
On the upside, All Day Sundays might be easier as I am not working on the weekends. Swings and roundabouts I suppose.
