Tough crowd  I'll be staying at home and laying floor (which I should probably have been to begin with) tonight. If anyone's up for a game of Warhammer over the next few weeks let me know and I'll try and make it over. I can do ~ 2500pts of Dwarfs, Warriors of Chaos or Vampire Counts. I'm also starting to modernise my 6th Ed Orc army but that's going to take a little while to reach that size  |

I think WHFB has taken a bit of a nose dive since 8th..I certainly am no longer interested, although there are a few die hard fans left!

I'd like to think so, but to be honest I think SoM basically highlights the things that many people who were put off by 8th disliked (big monsters and mega-spells). I still think 8th is the better system, and one that works especially well for less competitive play. SoM should mix things up a bit, and some of the new bits they are releasing look fantastic |
