Thanks for another enjoyable session guys. Was really good to see both Stephen's and Zack's characters have a chance to be badass ;D
In summary, the kill team managed to assault the data-core, dismember the enemy and wipe the system. The ship has started to lift off, something you weren't expecting to happen so quickly. Stephen's gone to check out the comms array and it looks like there are some people repairing it, with a couple of the exo-suits on guard. By the time you all make it up there the mission clock is at +00:40:00mins, the storm troopers will be with you in ~00:05:00.

Really enjoyed the game last night John, thanks for running it.
I think we've all got a better grip on the rules and the session rattled along at a fairly decent pace.

Yes, John, a first rate effort on your part again! I finally managed to get stuck into some CQB and I thought the character finally started to seem more than just a page of stats.

One thing I had intended to ask, what do you guys think of the cheat sheet v1? I'll try and extend it to include weapon stats, close combat & action types. Is there anything else you guys felt we spent a lot of time referring to the book for?

The Cheat Sheet was good. Can't think of that much we had to keep looking up other than weapon stats.
I'm personally probably going to need some Psychic Rules/Powers so I don't have to keep looking that stuff up everytime I want to use one. But that's only going to apply to my character.

I'm ok to run the next session on the 29th August (bank holiday). Could you all please let me know if you can/can't do that date?

I'm looking forward to the session tomorrow, but can't remember how far we got; I think we're still in the mission briefing room.

The next session will be on Monday 12.09.11. May I congratulate you all on managing to go three hours without resorting to ultra-violence, and also assure you that it won't happen again I expect the current story arc to continue for 3-4 more sessions (around the end of October). I intend to end there. If the rest of your want to continue at a later date I'm sure I'd be willing to run another campaign or the odd 1-2 session events.

I'm looking forward to the next session of Deathwatch, and seeing if we can hatch a devious plan to get things going our way aboard the space station!
Perhaps a judicious bit of anonymous space piracy would convince the Adeptus Mechanicus they need a Chaos Space Marine bodyguard aboard their vessel when they return to Skall? A plan inspired by the subtle strategies of Orkdom - is it cunning but brutal or brutal but cunning?

Last nights session ended up with the kill team abducting the two imperial agents and a stealth suit; before shooting their way off of the Tau spaceship.
