Saw this today - Wizards have released the front covers for the new D& D on their face book page. you can check them out here:

Quite interesting in that they are a mix of quite serious art (unlike the slightly cartoony 4th ed look) but with modern graphics for the icons etc - seems to strike the balance of old and new the edition is striving for
We will wait and see!
