I've noticed this too. I'm looking at the $15 level at which point you get all of the PFS season of the demon, plus the complete Iron Gods adventure path (This is the technology one).
The $1 level includes the core rulebook, so if you don't have an electronic copy already it'd probably be worth getting just for that.

I've just gone in at the $15 level. Well worth it for an entire season's worth of scenarios, let alone the rest of the stuff on offer. I'm just starting to download some bits now, it may take me a while to go through them all.
