Slow day at work, and Dave Wilkins said to me "You watch way too many westerns". Taking that point to heart I have these following recommendations if you haven't already seen them. Note the absence of the standard ones that I take for granted that you've already seen.
- McCabe and Mrs Miller - Heaven's Gate - Django (my first movie on videotape!) - Quigley down under (borderline) - Glory (American Civil War) - 3.10 to Yuma (the re-make)

Would you count Glory as a Western? I see it as a war Movie, a very good one too. Dave

Well, how bout "an epic warmovie set in the American Civil War", the era is certainly right for westerns...
Anyway, I saw it when it came out, and thought very highly of it then, would like to watch it again though...
The Swede.

Just got back from town with the missus. I have some models of western flora..specificly those tall cactus you always see in the movies. Got it from Hobbycraft (together with a daylightbulb lamp...can now see my miniatures HURAH!) Dave
