Hi Maurice,
I don't want to pinch anyone else's place if you've already had enough express interest but I'd definitely like in if you have a place going.

As per our previous discussion, I'd like to take part. How will this affect Mike's RQ, though ? Will the DnD be instead of RQ ?

Although I previously expressed my dissatisfaction with D&D, I'd still be willing to give it another chance if there's space.
But how will it work out between RQ and D&D? Is Mike just about to wrap it up tonight? Are you planning on running it on another Monday in the month? Are Elves actually Orcs in disguise? Many questions to answer.
I'll have a chat to you tonight.
The Swede.

Maurice You know my veiws on D&D. However, like Ove, I'm prepared to give the new version a fair trial. So - count me in.
Martyn Not sure how we're going to organise this yet, but I'm sure we can work something out.

I'd be interested for sure. I picked up the Players Hand Book a while a go and quite like what they've done with it.

I expressed interest before and I still am interested!
I must admit to the heinous crime of never having played D&D before - but I'm sure it won't be a problem.

D&D is easy, 4th edition more so than most of the others. The most difficult thing is deciding what options you want to take when building a character, although 4th ed has trimmed down the million and one feats, class and skill choices you were confronted with in 3rd.
If people want to have a bit of a think about what they can do I'll bring my Players Handbook down with me tonight.
Needless to say I still want to play.

Mike / Maurice
Do we have enough interest to have RQ and D&D running in parallel, do you think ?
I have to admit to being more interested in D&D than in RQ, but don't want to jump the RQ ship if that will leave you in the lurch; especially as you made room for me in the first place !

I'm enjoying RQ so I don't really want to give that up. If by parallel you mean 'on the same day' then I think we'd be spreading ourselves a little thin. If you mean on a different day then I'd be up for that

I'm also looking forward to this ;D. And as we've only got cluttered stats on a sheet of paper, I found both blank and fillable Character Sheets on www.dnd.com The Swede.

Joe
By 'in parallel' I actually meant with Mike running one group playing RQ and Maurice (at the same time) running D&D with a separate group of players.
...I think events have moved on since I last posted, though !
