Exercise is over rated. I've damaged my knee ligaments whilst taking a beep test.
However unlike Mr Brawn I can at least hobble down the club!
Fingers crossed for next Monday.

Beep Tests? Did you accidentally wander into a P.E. lesson?

All self inflicted I'm afraid. My wife is training to become a police officer and I was helping her.
Its fair to say I do a lot of running anyway, its just more annoying that I did this doing something silly like a bleep test.

If you take things out of their context, it becomes pretty funny. "My wife is training to become a police officer, and I'm helping her..." Pictures of her exercising restraining techniques on you leaps to mind. ;Dc Anyway, get well. Someday, I'll get my blooming punch-bag up again. Getting rusty and in need of exercise, so before too long I probably will join this illustrous gaggle of worn people as well. The Swede.

Someday, I'll get my blooming punch-bag up again. Getting rusty and in need of exercise Speak for yourself I do four, count 'em four, strenuous exercises every day Each morning I walk from the front door to car then, after a short drive to work, I walk from the car to the office ;D and then, each evening, I do it all again but (and here's the twist, in reverse order ;D I ask, in all honesty, what more does man need? (also has the advantage of being a lot safer)
