Don't forget to pop by the SMG stand where Steve, Tim & myself (and others) will be running Malifaux & AT-43 games. Looking to get 96 zombies into 1 multiplayer AT-43 game!

WAB 2.0 will be available from Warhammer Historical which will be on the Forgeworld stand. Is there anybody from the club who could pick me up a copy? They are £32. Pretty please . . .

We had a great time at Salute yesterday, and a great ammount of cash was spent! I purchased the new Crusader ww2 skirmish rules, and they look really good... got some Bolt Action Fallschrimjager to go with them. The new WAB2.0 looks impressive, but not much seems to be different, on a first glance. They have however given Elephants and Charriots an actual base size now, which will stop any confusion over peoples individual basing conventions for these troop types. Charging also seems to have a slightly different mechanic,in that you can ignore the effects of a charge if you think it will miss, however if it hits you will have to make a morale save or flee. Mike took a few pics, and hopefully these will appear on the blog soon. Dave

Obviously got inspired by the new WW2 rules....nearly finished the Fallschrimjager! 1x HQ officer, sgt medic and radio op, 1 81mm mortar team, 2 sqads of 10 including mmg team! We should probably start the game simply with rifle platoons at first, tommorrow, then introduce armour when we are confident with that. Dave

I will bring some Americans along a bit light on support weapons but I think you have some? I will try and be sharp tomorrow so that we can get going.
