A really good game, Damon, thanks !
Yesterday was what wargaming should be about, personable opponent, finely modelled miniatures and a fair dose of butchery and carnage !
The British commander will be writing a fair few letters to bereaved loved ones, I'm afraid... particularly amongst the unlucky infantry battalion which was first across the bridge !
Having 4 Challengers stationary on high ground with a good field of fire was very powerful for me, especially as the Soviet T64s had to get themselves in harm's way with a range of 80cm against the Challengers' and Chieftains' 100cm.The high command values were decisive for the British, too, with the Challengers getting shot after shot at the T64s... I felt for you, Damon, I really did!
Now, to get those Lynx attack helicopters built ...
