Meant to post this earlier, but we are looking at a points buy for abilities, and I'm currently looking at a 22 point budget as it were.
This might get revised slightly depending on how the characters stats look.

OK, I'm afraid that's me getting carried away with the character concept & throwing ideas at Carl, we'll revisit that one!
Cheers,

No problem.
We're not going to be starting this campaign until the 3rd of Feb anyway, so plenty of time to sort characters out.

Honestly not sure, the only pathfinder character sheet I've got is the Pathfinder Society one, which contains some extra details that are only relevant for Pathfinder Society characters.
I honestly don't mind what character sheets people use, provided that all the character information is present on them and correct.

paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/resourcesThere's an offical non pathfinder society one free here which I remember being quite good. First link on the page above. Can't access it on my phone though so I'll post the link and let you decide! Edit: there's also a free download of most of the character traits a few links below it on the same page

Right, seconds out - round 2! How does this one sound for Carl Steven? - Kal HammerFist Male, Dwarven Inquisitor Treachery is rare amongst Dwarves but his training hasn’t gone to waste - Kal has a different role to keep him busy... Having see the conflict and pillaging of natural resources that occurs when humans discover, gold, gems or rare metals, the clan elders have charged him with the mission to protect the resources and assets of his Clan’s Mountain Range via misdirection. He roves around centres of trade and commerce, merchant meeting places and adventurers taverns listening for tales of fabulous wealth, treasures or other such things that could attract unwelcome attention to his homeland. He’ll then do his best to downplay the nice and boost the nasty to dissuade people from following this up. Sometimes he’ll do this by spreading tales of wealth and wonder about mountain ranges on the other side of the world from his. Sometimes it’ll be tales of mines already stripped bare & packs of wolves. Sometimes these tellers of tales just “leave early”, before others have woken & the tales die a natural death… He believes fervently in his cause and will follow leads at great length if he feels there is a threat, however tenuous, to his homelands.

Sounds fine to me as a background.
The only thing that might want a bit more fleshing out is the motivation for why Kal would sign up to join a group of Adventurers. Other than the obvious one of needing some way of making a living.
Maybe you might want to tweak the background slightly so that it still includes the general mission of looking out for his clan's interests amongst the humans, including the discouragement of treasure seekers, but also that for example he has a specific mission to track down, and if possible deal with, some humans, or their decendants, who have wronged his clan in some way.
This is just a suggestion of course, I'm just thinking it'd be easier to justify the character staying with the group longer term with a more specific objective he's aiming for.

I'm assuming that you are looking at a cause focused Inquisitor rather than a Deity focused one. If so you get to pick any one domain, but it probably should be one that make sense for the mission that the character is on.

Right.
Normally for an Inquisitor you get a weapon proficiency with your deity's favoured weapon.
In this case I will allow you to take a weapon proficiency with one of the Dwarven weapons as your Cause's favoured weapon. I.e. a Dwarvern Waraxe, or an Urgrosh.
As a Dwarf you count these two as martial weapons rather than exotic ones, but Inquisitor doesn't give you proficiency with all marial weapons. So you can pick one of them to be proficient in, but not both.
