Anyone fancy a game tonight? It would be even more ideal if you've got a force of miniatures 'cos I've really not got enough prepared for two sides! (I can probably scratch something together at a push, though. Might be largely unpainted, however).

No worries, Damon. Will probably bring stuff along anyway and see if anyone is at a loose end.

Sorry to have missed last night; I was looking forwards to a game! There was a death on the railway-line coming home from work which brought all the trains to a halt for quite a while.

That's OK morgan – no harm done I ended up joining in with Steven's WW3 game
We are planning to give it another go in two weeks time (8th Feb) if you're up for that Damon has already expressed an interest
Anyone else is, of course, welcome to join in

Looking forward to Dragon Rampant tonight. Should (fingers crossed) get away at a reasonable ish time from work and will be there to try out my new easily portable warband. I've been busy printing sticking and black edging the below papercraft figures this weekend. I think they've turned out rather well. I used 6 layers of thin card each stuck together with a papercraft glue. They have turned out really quite sturdy and with the black edging (using black sharpies) I'm quite pleased with the results: See you all later

How many figures are you using per unit?

I'll be impressed by anyone who can organise multiple gelatinous cubes into a unit. As we all know, they are skirmishers at best ... ;-)

Was more interested in the infantry TBH - hoping that's not a picture of the whole warband!! There's reduced model units & there's reduced model units...... ;-)

Damon - Nope there are lots more - that's just one of each figure ! Morgan - The cubes in this dark elf kingdom have developed an instinctual fear of their master. Such is the awesome power of Lord Cringe, Eater of the light, Spinner of lies, Ruler of the Underspire and Amateur chess enthusiast. Cringe, along with his 'little' pet spider Glower (whom he has fed since she was only a few millimetres tall) has grown tired of his vast subterranean domain and is venturing up to the lands of light to subjugate the disgustingly noble humans, the lofty-oh-so-sure-of-themselves elves, and the uncouth dwarves. The goblin tribes had better cower in fear before him, if they know what's good for them - and as for the ratmen.... Well... Envoys have been sent to enlist them as allies. It will be interesting to see which of them stabs the other in the back first.... Muhahahahaaaaaaa! Of course, Cringe has never actually had to fight what you might call an actual battle before. But he's very sure it will all go his way

Thanks for the game Mike. Very close in the end - those wizardlings were very effective! Some photos below:
