Yes, they did seem to work reasonably well
I had half considered fielding almost all wizards
You can get 4 on a light foot base (Light Foot + Wizardling = 3 + 2 = 5 pts)
Leaves 4 points to play with
Definitely worth a try
Alternate you can get 6 if you use a scout base (Scout + Wizardling = 2 + 2 = 4 pts)
But that would make them a bit fragile (unit size 6, armour 1 – very risky)
Not convinced that would work
