The club opens at 12pm, so I presume we'll be looking to start playing games from around 12:30 ish. To give people time to get at least a couple of games in before people start having to leave.

As soon as we can, is the answer. Obviously we will need to set up some terrain first. I propose using the standard 6x4 format. maybe some differing terrain types, a desert, an ash waste, agricultural, urban,jungle? We will then draw the first names out of a hat, randomise tables and off we go!
